I love Belgrade very much!
At the press conference held on December 12, 2019, at the Jazz Cantina Lisbon, within the Kombank Hall, Željko Samardžić addressed the present journalists and on this occasion announced all the details of the 25 year of Love from Belgrade concert which will be held at the Sava Centre on December 23, as well as the second concert which will be held on December 24 also at the Sava Centre!
For the inspiration of the 25 years of Love from Belgrade concert, this great artist and one of the most popular performers of pop music in Serbia and other ex-YU countries, returned to the past, in the 90s when he held his first concert in Belgrade under the slogan "Belgrade with Love".
He emphasized that he had decided to stay and live with his family in Belgrade, and that the love of the people of Belgrade had kept them, as well as that he was grateful to the city for the love and respect, which was the main reason why they chose Belgrade as their home.
He concluded that all his concerts had started from this city and that it would be the same this time as well.
Željko Samardžić said on this occasion, "I love Belgrade very much, with all my heart! I am grateful to the people of Belgrade who kept me in Belgrade. The 25 years of Love from Belgrade concert is a celebration for me in every sense, many who come to my concert will feel it. There will be over 50 musicians on stage, which is something special for me, I have never had such an experience before and I am counting the days when I will get up on the stage of the Sava Centre."
On this occasion, a new video was presented with which he wanted to evoke the atmosphere of the concerts that await us at the Sava Centre.
Samardžić also mentioned with a smile the comments of many fans of his music "why did you grow mustache, sometimes I smile and try to understand them" and announced a change in his image.
In the end, he added, "I think that ladies love my songs which have wonderful messages, love songs above all, I will try to continue making many good songs."
Željko Samardžić thanked CEBEF, the organizer of the concert, from the bottom of his heart who, as he says, "gave themselves in the true sense of the word. Thank you for your love and respect. "
