In the second segment of the Garden Sessions concert series in the Botanical Garden, on the fourth night, the audience had the opportunity to attend the performance of Jelena Tomašević Bosiljčić. During the concert, the attendees often sang along to popular songs of the famous Serbian pop singer. Jelena introduced her guests, colleagues with whom she recently performed at a festival in Oslo – Amir Mešković (accordion), Daniel Lazar (violin), as well as producer Greg Miszczyszyn.   

      

Known for her strong vocal abilities, Jelena Tomašević is the winner of numerous international and domestic awards for interpretation, hit or album of the year. The renowned singer represented Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song ‘Oro’ and is the recipient of the Golden Badge of the City of Belgrade for the Contribution to Serbian Culture award. She had the honor of performing as a pop guest at the concert of the celebrated tenor Andrea Bocelli in Belgrade. After winning at Beovizija in 2005 with the song ‘Jutro’ by Željko Joksimović, Jelena's career took off.
